الغرفة 19 ذلك الفضاء الازرق، غرفة افتراضية تم إنشاؤها في وقت جائحة كورونا في عام 2019، ولذا فقد قد حملت الغرفة ذات مسمى فيروس كوفيد-19، وكانت ردة فعل على الاجتياح السلبي والواقع السلبي من حيث الانعزال، والحجر الصحي الذي فُرض على العالم كله، فقدنا قيمة مهمة وهي حميمية التواصل الانساني، في ارض الواقع وكان تسمية المنتدى، بغرفة 19 لتعكس الجانب الإيجابي من تلك الفترة، حيث شكلت نافذة نطل منها على الاخر، نتواصل معه، وبالتالي اصبحت الغرفة. جزء من التراث المهاجر، وفي ظل الكوارث الطبيعية العزلة والحروب كانت الغرفة 19 علاج للقضية، تراث وعلاج لمشكلة الهجرة والتهجير أصبح شغل الغرفة الشاغل على قضية العزلة وقضية الهجرة. الاعلام في وجه الازمات.

غرفة معنية بالشأن الثقافي في مختلف تنوعاته، ومناقشة القضايا الثقافية في كافة المجالات. سواء على المستوى الابداعي أو النقدي بالإضافة إلى أننا نتلقى أراء الجمهور المتابع وليس الغرض من الغرفة إلا إظهار النتاج بكل ما فيه، محاوره، سلباً وإيجاباً بهدف التواصل في حلقة من أهم حلقات الفكر الإنساني والحضاري بكل أطيافه، واضعين في الاهتمام البعد عن الاتجاهات العقائدية او السياسية.
تضم غرفة 19 منصة زوم لعقد الندوات والمؤتمرات العلمية الثقافية الأدبية إضافة إلى مجلة ثقافية أدبية فنية، تصدر عن غرفة 19 تابعة لها ومقرها سان دياغو- كاليفورنيا. مستوفية كافة الشروط القانونية، مسجلة في مكتبة الكونغرس الأميريكية تحت رقم:

Room 19 is a non-profit cultural platform founded in 2019 during the COVID-19 pandemic as a virtual space for human connection, dialogue, and creative exchange in times of isolation. Conceived as a positive response to global lockdowns and social fragmentation, Room 19 became a window for communication and a living part of migrant cultural heritage.
Registered in San Diego, California (Entity No. 5102576), Room 19 is dedicated to cultural affairs in all their diversity, engaging with cultural issues across creative and critical fields. The platform welcomes audience participation and seeks to present cultural production in all its dimensions—positively and critically—while maintaining independence from ideological or political affiliations.
Room 19 hosts scientific, cultural, and literary seminars and conferences via its Zoom platform, and publishes a cultural, literary, and artistic magazine headquartered in San Diego. The magazine is legally registered with the Library of Congress and carries ISSN 2996-7708.
Through culture and media, Room 19 addresses issues of isolation, migration, and displacement, affirming the role of dialogue and creativity in confronting crises.
